Office 365 - Disabling email suggested replies

Suggested replies appear automatically in new messages within the Office 365 web client. Examples are "Thank you very much" or "I will take them" (referring to items). These instructions show you how to turn off the suggested replies.

To turn off suggested replies:

1. Sign in to Office 365 using a web browser
2. On the ribbon, click on the Settings Wheel button


3. From the drop-down list, select Mail.


4. In the left pane of the Options page, select Suggested replies under the Mail header.


5. Uncheck the checkbox for Show suggested replies


6. Click to Save changes
