Pioneer Portal - Notifications and Application Outages

Learn how notifications and application outages work on the Portal

  1. Navigate to
  2. The notification bell is shown in the top right of the page:
    Portal Notifications
  3. There are two tabs:
    • Notifications Tab

      1. ITS related notifications will be displayed in the drop down window
      2. When there is a notification, the number of notifications will be displayed next to the bell icon
      3. To view all notifications click on the notification icon, then click See All Notifications

        A new tab is opened in the Knowledgebase for "News and Announcements"

    • Application Outages Tab

      1. Any current application outages or upcoming scheduled maintenance will show under the Application outages tab.
        Application outages
      2. To view all outages click on the See all Outages

        A new tab is opened to the Dashboards Application Outages page
