For basic questions, assistance, or training follow-up, contact the ITS Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org

For complex questions or troubleshooting issues, contact Qualtrics Support directly. NOTE: To submit a ticket with Qualtrics, you will need to log in again. Follow these instructions:
- Go to Qualtrics Support Site (also accessible from the Help button within your Qualtrics account)
- Select Contact Support
- Select "Sign in with SSO"
- Enter "uwplatteville" as the Organization ID
- Click Continue
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete
- Select "I have a different support request"
- From the Qualtrics product menu, select Survey Platform
- Select your preferred mode of contact: chat, email, phone call
- Follow instructions as they appear.
