Find resources and tutorials at the Qualtrics Support Site.

OR, from inside your Qualtrics account, click the Help (?) button in the upper right. Enter your search term in the side panel.  To narrow your search more effectively, select Survey Platform from "Recommended Searches".

Person-to-person support

For basic questions, assistance, or training follow-up, contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@uwplatt.edu; your issue will be assigned to the campus system admin.

For complex questions or time-sensitive issues, contact Qualtrics Support directly. NOTE: To submit a ticket with Qualtrics, you will need to log in again.  Follow these instructions:
  1. From inside your Qualtrics account, click the Help (?) button in the upper right corner.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Support.
  3. Click University of Wisconsin-Platteville https://uwplatteville.co.1.qualtrics.com
  4. Select "I have a different support request"
  5. From the Qualtrics product menu, select Survey Platform
  6. Select your preferred mode of contact: chat, email, phone call
  7. Follow instructions as they appear.
