- On the day your password expires you may be notified via the login window that your password has expired and you need to change it. You can update your password at this time, or use password self service to change your password. You will have 6 grace logins which will allow you to change your password once it has expired.
If you allow your password to expire and you have used all your grace logins
You can reset your password by using the Password Self Service system.
- Go to uwplatt.edu/go/password

- Answer three challenge response questions you set up when you established your account
- Reset your password
